- It ends with a full stop (.), a question mark (?) or an exclamation mark (!).
- There is a space between each word.
2. Quick spelling rules for sentences
- Start with a capital: The first word and names are capitalized. ✅ Example: Kenya, Nairobi.
- Use the correct spelling of small words: the, a, an, and, is, are, I, he, she. These show the sentence parts. ✅
- Plural -s: Add -s for more than one. cat → cats. ✅ (Keep simple; use -es for words ending in ch, sh later.)
- Verb -s for he/she/it: Add -s to many verbs when the subject is he, she or it. (He runs, She eats.) ✅
- Spacing: One space between words. No missing spaces. ✅
3. How to spell well when making a sentence (easy steps)
- Listen and say the word out loud. 🔊
- Break the word into sounds (syllables). Example: Na-i-ro-bi → Nairobi. ✂️

- Check the sentence: capital at start, correct spelling, end with a full stop or question mark. ✅
