Short Story (For Age 7)
Daniel was a good man who loved God. When the king made a rule that people must not pray to God, Daniel still prayed three times every day. He prayed at home, with a window open toward Jerusalem. Some men were angry and told the king. The king put Daniel in a den with lions. But God sent an angel and kept Daniel safe. The lions did not hurt him. The king was happy and knew God was great.
